50 SQM Office Showflat
With WFH (working from home being the norm), the line between living and working spaces are no longer clear. As such, the line between home furniture and office furniture is also a distinction that is no longer application today. With a laptop, one can work on a desk, propped up on a bed, or on a park bench. Our design for 58WLS seeks to redefine the anonymity and placelessness of co-working spaces but bring specificity to this executive workspace. A series of oversized protruding stone pixels is juxtaposed against a field of recessed light apertures. One is pushing out into the space, while the other pushes away, both alluding to the thickness and plasticity of the wall and ceiling.
